Order Management Analyst with English

For our client, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Order Management Analyst with English.

Requirements:

Customer oriented
Showing strong customer orientation, to represent customers when communicating with company’s internal stakeholders
Problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
Regularly analyse customer feedback collected from across the organization, and summarize and extract management implication
Business acumen

Responsibilities:

Make sure critical customer feedback is captured and shared with relevant stakeholders across the company
Continuously acquire feedback from business, including management team, on focus area of VOC to improve User Experience and/or BU Operation
Maintain list of the initiatives to raise the visibility in the company
Provide project management support in other BU agenda
Upon request, provide project management support in the BU’s strategic initiatives
