SO knowledge, databases, middleware
Knowledge in scripting( batch, PowerShell, Python), with focus on Windows scripting
General / specific knowledge of using office applications
General knowledge in the field of software and hardware monitoring solutions
General or specific networking knowledge
Know the evolution of change management, incident and problem management processes
IT bachelor degree
Escalating in case of unexpected events outside the scope of exploitation from delivered documents and procedures
Observing the availability levels and quality of delivered services
Monitoring the data-center servers, services and infrastructure (Control-M) 24/7
Performing operational management of production streams
Providing application support for users and third-party partners
