To sustain the growth of our business nationwide, while delivering the best customer experience, we are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our super-creative department.

Requirements

Marketing/ Advertisting/ Business Administration Studies
1–2 years of Marketing experience in a leading FMCG/​HORECA, retail or e-commerce company
Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across non-​digital channels
Experience in media buying
Deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal in English

You will

Work closely with the Romanian Marketing Manager to implement the foodpanda Marketing strategy
Actively participate in expanding foodpanda in the Romanian market
Lead local Marketing activations to deliver on the agreed growth goals
Increase user conversion and engagement by working on restaurants’ marketing campaigns
Create communication and marketing materials for restaurant partners
Understand local media landscape and execute the plans to maximize user base growth within the agreed investment targets
Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
