A ScrumMaster is needed that assist our Product Owner with typical Scrum Master tasks as well as having an important role in coordinating the software development in the team.
This may include writing and improving templates and processes for sw change requests, peer reviews check lists, maintaining our JIRA board, review requirements, interface requests, feature models, definition of done, coordination of jobs etc.
Basically fill in the gap between software developers and the Product Owner.

You would also be a part of our Scrum Master community team where we assist each other with working processes and an helping hands when needed.
The content and execution of this role is currently under review to fit our new agile way of working where we follow the SAFe set up.
Changes on a detailed level is therefore expected.
Experience from software development, high level of integrity and initiative is needed.
Preferably also experience from the automotive industry.
Since we create engine control systems for combustion engines, also some knowledge of combustion engines and its control systems is of interest.
