    Technical/Economical Degree, master’s degree – is a plus;
    Minimum 7 years’ experience in program administration/management or related experience;
    Advanced English skills in communication - is mandatory;
    Communication skills, successfully demonstrated ability within a team;
    Leadership abilities;
    Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents, financial - accounting;
    Analytical spirit, able to combine technical aspects of cost calculation with the financial implications.
    Knowledge of technical and financial processes and functions in the job performance;
    Ability to coordinate teams; ability to negotiate and to communicate with customers and internal teams;
    Customer orientation and cooperation, ability to work with other third parties and functions;
    Flexibility and ability to adapt to new environments.


    Develop the direct reports based on existing standards and processes;
    Generates regular reports to Site Leadership Team and executives;
    Generates studies for the required resources to achieve programs expectations (staff, capacity, materials);
    First escalation level for customers issues and satisfaction;
    Coordinate implementation of site procedures for all existing and new accounts ( Wkl Acc. Review, Monthly review, demand - commit process , forecast acceptance );
    •Develop review processes to drive business in accordance with agreed KPI’s and customer satisfaction;
    Mentoring & coaching of the reporting Team;
    Verify program or plan proposals in order to determine time, funds, personnel, required procedures and resources available for distribution in its different phases;
    Communicate with the different levels of management within the organization and with the client to ensure effective communication within the team CFT.
