Documentation Specialist to BTL Romania R&D

We do that through a holistic Research and Development process where all stakeholders, ranging from the production team, medics, specialists, nurses, etc., are integrated during the entire process and their feedback and suggestions are taken into account as important advice.

Your qualifications
● You are a stable person with an outstanding sense of detail who is dedicated to your work
● We expect that you as a minimum hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
● You have the ability to work independently and to think in a technical and analytical way
● It is necessary that you have good knowledge of the technical terminology in English
● You need to have proficiency in using software like CorelDraw
● Furthermore, do you need to have a good command of MS Office

Your most important areas of responsibility

● Creation and maintenance of technical production documents
● Participate in the transfer to production of new medical devices

Key tasks

● Work as part of a cross-functional team engaged in new product development
● Cooperate with internal manufacturing facilities in different EU locations
● Using the company ERP solution, you will:
▪ Maintain components in our database
▪ Create a record of BOM
▪ Create records of drawings
▪ Inform teams about changes in production
● Prepare assembly procedures for units, applicators, PCBs, cables, sub-assemblies
● Support the creation of inspection documents
● Cooperate with production technologist in the creation of packaging instructions
● Creation of “quick-start” guides and labeling
● Support during the implementation of changes in serial production
