Time&Attendance Specialist (HR department)

At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll, especially in Time & Attendance softs;
Strong excel skills;
A good level of English (a necessary requirement);
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
Very good communication skills.

Audit of time and attendance verifying accuracy of hours reported. Follow up with field operations and corporate management in validating payroll totals;
Process monthly payroll for company employees accurately and in a timely manner;
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as needed by management and accounting/finance;
Ensure systems and controls are set up accurately within systems to ensure compliance with the legal guidelines.
