    Gi Group is looking for enthusiastic Data Verification Operators, for its client, a leading Robotic Process Automation vendor, that ranked second in the most important Romanian IT companies chart, in 2018.

    This position will be aligned to the Legal Operations team.

    Education and experience:
    Bachelor’s degree
    1-2 years previous work experience
    Previous data stewardship/governance experience
    Industry experience preferred

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:
    CRM (Salesforce)
    Experience with third party apps (, D&B, etc)
    Excel Proficiency mandatory
    Advanced level of English


    This position will be aligned to the Legal Operations team.

    Execute data stewardship for entities across CRM systems (SFDC)
    Collaborate with Legal Counsels to revise criteria for adding, updating, and deleting agreements within CRM
    Responsible for all administrative functions within CRM systems related to data accuracy and quality, including the organization of agreements and validation lists which drive workflow, reporting, and analytics
    Analyze existing executed agreement repository and provide recommendations for integration and enrichment of existing data
    Assist the wider Legal Operations team with enhancements release process, including identification of future enhancements and writing business requirements. Collaborate with other internal departments as needed
    Conduct a quality review of agreements within CRM systems recommend improvements to governance and stewardship guidelines
    Monitor internal resources that maintaining and updating customer data and highlight any potential issues
    Develop and manage relationships with sales, operations, and finance to maintain data completeness and quality
    Profile and report on data completeness and quality
    Provide ad hoc reporting assistance
