University Degree in Electronics or Automation;
Previous experience in a similar position (preferably 3 years in FMCG);
Very good knowledge in industrial automation, electronics;
Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad (Solid Works);
Team spirit;
Fluent in English;
Technical creativity embedded within project management ;
Able to work within tight deadlines, to propose and implement solutions for improving the performance of production lines.

Analysis of losses & waste and propose technical improvement solutions to eliminate those;
Project leading for reduction of non-value-added activities;
Optimizes raw & pack material flow and the logistics of the factory;
Supervises improvement projects implementation;
Maintain contact with suppliers of automation solutions;
Propose and manages the budgets for automation projects;
Is able to identify root causes of problems and to propose & implement appropriate actions to take to mitigate.
