SBA Flex Recruitment SRL is specializing in job placement for Romanian citizens on the Dutch labour market. We are guiding our candidates to access unqualified and qualified jobs in the Netherlands, mainly in logistics and production in various industry sectors. The vacancies are available through SBA Flex Uitzendgroep BV, a reliable provider of temporary staffing services for the Dutch clients.

We are looking for a recent graduate or junior/senior currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree focused on Human Resources. The previous experience in sourcing/recruiting is valuable, but not mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;

• Advertise job openings on all available and relevant online and offline channels
• Source candidates by using databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen and filter resumes and job applications
• Support the overall selection process for the local and international team: assist the recruiters in communication with applicants and in scheduling and facilitating candidate interviews (onsite, via phone or video conference)
• Perform administrative duties and record keeping related to recruitment procedures
