• 1+ years of Product Management/Ownership or Business Analysis experience on an enterprise product
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Sharp analytical with problem-solving skills
• Great communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Fluent English
• Attention to details
• Microsoft Office Certification

✓ Create requirements and work closely with the development team to refine and plan the implementation
✓ Create and maintain the product backlog
✓ Mitigate impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint and Release goals
✓ Play an active role in all agile ceremonies
✓ Communicate the product vision and short-term goals to the agile development teams
✓ Co-author and review product documentation and guides
✓ Collect feedback from clients, partners and internal stakeholders
✓ Work with internal stakeholders and partners to plan new releases and maximize their impact
✓ Work the senior product team to define the product vision
✓ Stay up-to-date with the industry trends, competition and the technology
