    Requirements

    What we expect from you:
    • Technical background or university degree
    • Work experience with technical products and/or tools is an advantage
    • Experience in sales and building long-lasting relationships is a strong plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in Romanian, good command of English
    • Basic IT knowledge (SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office) required
    • Driver’s license is a must

    Responsibilities

    The position:
    • Increase sales by establishing sustainable long-term customer relationships
    • Proactive approach in managing and increasing own client portfolio
    • Identification and optimization of grinding processes (customized solutions)
    • Preparation of commercial offers
    • Provision of technical consultancy to customers (technical issues, product use)
    • Proactive market monitoring; proactive proposals for increasing sales
    • Frequent business trips within your sales area
    • Occasionally business trips abroad for international training and meeting
    • Maintenance of the customer & project database
    • Reporting to the sales management
