We are looking for the following requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience ( preferably in reporting or order management)
Advanced English level
Bachelor’s degree.
General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
What you will be doing:
- The purpose of logistical complaint management is to investigate and validate all complaints filed by the customer or carrier, whether the fault of the carrier or the warehouse.
- The main system in which it will work is e-Claims, but for investigating each case, it will need to use multiple systems to make the best decision.
- It acts as the first escalation point for complaints issues, providing accurate, timely information.
- Getting familiar with and constantly documenting the changes in the logistics network.
- Distributes good practice experiences within the team (Business Unit and Platform Logistics);
- Identify procedural priorities with carriers, back-office teams and other parties involved in daily / weekly telephone conferences and align with the representatives of other Business Units;
- Generates, sets and delivers weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports at the team or business request.
- Responsible to identify issues, discrepancies, variations in the process, and suggestions for improvements; offers coaching to experts or other third party people.
