IBM Internship- Workforce Reporting Analyst

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

- You are fresh Graduate or last-year student with preferred majors in Business/Economics or equivalent.

Workforce Data is central to any Operational and Financial decision-making process, and analysts are a critical component to data-driven decisions in all our operations at IBM. As a Workforce Reporting Analyst Intern you will have a chance to be a crucial team member, understand all about how business metrics and KPI’s are defined, measured and analyzed contributing to high quality, super dynamic decisions for the business.

A bit on what to expect as our Workforce Reporting Analyst Intern:
- Creating effective, scalable and easy to understand workforce data management reporting solutions (e.g. tables, charts, graphs, or dashboards) based on existing templates or ad-hoc formats.
- Manipulate, analyze and check for consistency large data sets and make them available for complex analyses.
- Work directly with internal clients (central and local teams) to answer their questions regarding the data
- Any other general duties as and when required, depending on team needs at the moment
