    Requirements

    The Trainee Program is a rotational development program designed to provide participants with deep organizational awareness and operational expertise.
    The full rotational program will last 12 months. Participants will be required to complete 4 rotations, in turn in Trade, Execution, Logistics and Finance departments.
    Each program participant will have a technical coach (department head or senior specialist). The technical coach’s role is to guide them through technical aspects of their work.

    Responsibilities

    TRADING
    The successful candidate will be involved in key areas of the trading area, becoming able to understand dynamic environment of commodity trading, shaping strong interpersonal skills, managing ambiguity (adaptable, get on each opportunity, conceptual strength), risk appetite (composed, resilient, risk analysis, right sizing), drive to win (self-starter, ambitious, relentless determination), commercial mindset (macro-economics, political trends, long-term planning), making decision and execution (confident, integrity, courageous, hold self and others accountable).

    EXECUTION
    Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will be involved in key areas of the processes involved in the contract execution, such as planning, execution and control of movement, placement and quality of the goods, the supporting activities and the corresponding documentary flow.

    LOGISTICS
    The possible candidate will experience a very intense and volatile environment within the department, which handles the strong pole of pour business. The logistical planning of all goods purchased or sold within the south east Europe structure. The candidate would get a very close look into the operations starting with the purchase/sales, transports, import /export of goods and the trade support function of the dept.

    Other info

    Ideal candidate:
    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field , Agronomy is a plus
    • Prior experience in any agricultural role is a plus
    • Ability to liaise with people and initiate relationship building
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven teamwork orientation towards the other departments in the company
    • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
    • Attention to detail
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • English language at working level
    • Proficiency in MS Office
