Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous working experience with Microsoft O365 products (SharePoint, Excel, MS Forms, MS Flows, PowerBI, MS Teams, etc.)
The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the collaboration with the SharePoint Center of Excellence and developers
Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills
Intermediate development skills for SharePoint functionalities and previous experience in administration, support and management of SharePoint sites, would be a plus
Proficiency in English
Principal Accountabilities:
Level 1 Admin of our SharePoint sites, subsites and configured solutions
Configure and maintain libraries, pages, enterprise lists and site collections
Administer and maintain end-user access permissions
Plan and manage future deployments and changes to current sites
Provide SharePoint support to end users and train users in site usage
Became subject matter expert on our SharePoint configuration, underlying platform and related applications
Identify both business and technical opportunities specific to our SharePoint solution and environment (e.g. leveraging of new features, new integrations, optimized business process, etc.)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to review current SharePoint usage and recommend improvements to support more efficient usage of the system
Riews and monitors usage reports
