    Requirements:
    - Higher education, marketing and revenue management background is preferred.
    - 4+ years experience as revenue management specialist, Project Manager, Online Business in a corporate environment
    - Knowledge about cosmetic market is used as background for pricing analysis and pricing strategy preparation
    - Thorough understanding of standard online metrics and terminology. Knowledge of price analytics tools required.
    - In depth knowledge of revenue management.
    - Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsabilities:
    - Lead development of sustainable pricing strategy and executional pricing that supports profitable growth for both Beauty and F&H categories:
    a. Define Pricing guidelines by leveraging existing analytics tools and creating (if needed) new processes, keeping in focus top- and bottom line;
    b. Lead process with support from Finance/Marketing/CE RGM to ensure Pricing to Market approach supports topline and bottomline targets setting
    c. Support finance in measuring P&L impact of pricing decisions for market/cluster

    - Ensure Discount optimization:
    a. Manage governance of promotion execution based on regional promotional guidelines
    b. Lead alignment process with Campaign and Analytics teams to maximize effectiveness of planning campaigns and KPIs control

    - Support effective implementation of pricing/flow decisions via Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process:
    a. Lead the process of flowbooks / pricing guardrails preparation, incl. Effective Pricing (Corridors, DoD, merchandising), mix management, Innovations pricing, etc. supporting margin implementation and tracking

    Summary of the position:

    Leader for the Revenue Growth Management agenda in the market. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing leader, this position is designed to define and deliver the RGM agenda, optimising revenue growth, gross margin, promotion ROI, Mix and pricing realisation, while increasing organisational focus on RGM planning.

    Working with partners across local Marketing, Finance & Analytics as well as the CE RGM Manager, this role is responsible from both the Revenue Growth Management strategy and execution of day to day decisions on pricing, mix and the promotional calendar/framework; supporting sustainable business growth.
