    We answer our clients' requests and questions, analyzing and resolving incidents related to eServGlobal products and partnering with other eSG teams.
    We remotely monitor and maintain eSG solutions and implement service requests according to specifications.
    We share our knowledge by writing articles on product features and specific procedures.
    We perform 24/7 duty shifts remotely, answering to the support phone and performing planned interventions from home.
    On occasion, we visit customer sites in other countries to perform on-site work if requested.

With our software solutions, we enable telecom operators to provide their subscribers with diverse features, such as SMS, USSD Menu Browsing, digital wallets, money transfers, cash-in, cash-out, and salary disbursement.

    You will work in our Romanian office, within a team of around 50 people. The team is composed of service support professionals, who continuously work together and share their experience to achieve the best results for our projects.
