    Responsibilities

    Job Purpose/Role

    Responsible for the timely and effective execution of tasks and activities related to Account Receivables

    Key Responsibilities
    - Manage the assigned outstanding accounts
    - Notify customers with overdue debt and attempts to secure payment using telephone, fax, email, letters
    - Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
    - Receive calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments
    - Establishes and monitors credit limits
    - Record information about financial status of customer and the status of assessment process
    - Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
    - Ensure the agreed service standards are achieved
    - Provide advisory support on daily operation
    - Support project on operation aspect and related UAT testing
    - Maintain operation procedure manual in comprehensive and regular updated basis
    - Participate in the implementation of operation project
    - Provide advisory support including production supervision, quality control and administration enhancement
    - Development of teammate, both in skill transfer and continuously to support the skill and knowledge transfer smoothly
