Necessary education:
·University degree
Practical experience and other abilities:
·Strong customer and solution orientation
·A strong sense of commitment and responsibility as well as the ability to work independently and accurate
·High attention abilities as well as the ability to apply and implement creative learning
·Good understanding of legislation texts
·Very good communication skills
·Microsoft Office Skills
Language Skills:
·Excellent German (at least B2) & English skills (written and oral)
·Check and approve travel expenses
·Register travel expense data for employees with no access to the system and create manual forms; subsequently check and approve those manual reimbursement forms based on the received originals in the travel workbench or physically at E.ON BS Cluj
·Answer queries and process orders from employees and line managers regarding travel expenses
·Quality assurance - Subsequent verification and documentation of the results regarding the monthly sample checks of paid travel forms
·Complete profitability checks for discount cards and archive in the digital personnel file
·Support whole team regarding legal/fiscal changes or rules
·Supports activity of other team member regarding external provider and/or Corporate Audit topics
