    Requirements

    Requirements:

    -Student/fresh graduate (preferably in the field of Social Sciences);
    -Passionate about Recruitment;
    -Proficiency in English (both written and speaking communication skills);
    -Assertive and open to feedback;
    -Ability to communicate in a comprehensive manner;
    - Proactive and eager to contribute with improvement ideas to the existing Recruitment process;
    - Result-oriented and able to measure the performance;


    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will be:

    - Conducting sourcing activities for current openings or building pipelines based on request;
    - Assisting the Recruitment team in carrying out back office activities such as administrating the database, updating specific trackers or drafting documents;
    - Contacting shortlisted candidates and scheduling the language assessments and interviews;
    - Scheduling candidates for pre-employment medical examination and completing the necessary documentation;
    - Participating to all the recruitment events and proposing new sourcing channels/networks;
    - Giving feedback to all candidates involved in the recruitment processes;
    - Conducting the reference checks for the shortlisted candidates;
    - Handling vendor management activities;
