    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources

    Knowledge of specific HR areas such as engagement, talent management, performance management and recruitment

    Understands background, targets and strategy and can advise proactively

    Excellent judgment and conflict management skills

    Customer Orientation

    Business knowledge

    Strong personality and influencing skills

    Work under own initiative

    Fluent English

    Proficient in using packages such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Advises and supports the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters

    Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his area of responsibility

    Consultation for executives on matters regarding leadership, organization and labor law

    Participation in the regular planning meetings in his area of responsibility

    Implementation of HR planning requirements in his area of responsibility (staffing planning, succession planning)

    Carrying out the potential reviews in his area of responsibility on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of the individual

    Responsible for identifying and promoting talent in his area of responsibility

    Governance of remuneration development in his area of responsibility (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control / approval of individual pay rises)

    Implementation of measures for organizational development in his area of responsibility: consultation and support for organizational changes

    Processing disciplinary cases and coordination with labor representatives where necessary

    Processing project topics
