    Giovany Vásquez, our Head of GBS IT BUH, is responsible for the Team delivering all IT projects and changes to the GBS landscape with a focus on initiative in the Robotic Process Automation area, VBA scripting, ServiceNow, SAFA, AI, etc. working closely with the Process Improvement department. Giovany has more than 18 years of experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT), working with cross functional teams and serving a variety of verticals. He has a solid background working in many ICT leadership roles and is not only familiar with the latest developments in ICT, but is also capable of translating them to added value for organizations and their customers.
