    Requirements

    1 to 3 years’ experience in a finance or reporting
    University degree is preferred
    Experience working in a large organisation and a team environment is preferred with applications, such as Onestream, Tableau, PivotLink and Anaplan
    Ability to understand reporting needs, including ability to digest large quantities of data in order to build financial and management reports
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile and evaluate data, and analyse trends
    Highly detail-oriented with ability to follow through each task to its completion
    Able to effectively communicate results in a clear and concise manner and process feedback
    Ability to meet the rigorous deadlines of a growth company, and to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
    A strong customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset
    The existing right to work in the country for which you are applying

    Responsibilities

    Support creation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages by extracting, gathering and reconciling data from various data sources
    Perform initial review of system reports to support Senior Analysts with identifying issues
    Update and refresh data within reports, as needed
    Research internal and external data sources and clearly summarise findings
    Provide initial draft of the commentary and business insight for inclusion in business performance reviews
    Support Senior Analyst with ad hoc requests and reporting needs
    Assist in Balance Sheet reviews and understand position of certain accounts to ensure information is correct
    Facilitate cost centre changes in order to meet reporting needs, maintaining data integrity capability to manage reconciliations between systems
    Support escalation / identification of process issues and work closely with Senior Analyst to identify and implement incremental process improvements and recommendations
