    Organization and Process Governance Officer

    Your Mission:

    Participate to the implementation of the new processes, steering of existing regulatory productions within the Transversal steering and Expertise Team from the Financial Division.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Supports the organization to be ready to receive new regulatory productions: prime expertise incubation (activity measurement, process definition, capacity planning, governance set-up)
    • Identify different opportunities to improve process efficiency (Lean Six Sigma, Automation - take into account business requirements in order to write functional specification)
    • Ensures knowledge transfer and training for the production teams regarding the newly implemented processes and flows modifications
    • Diagnose current production steering situation by analyzing information about the teams, process structure and governance model to identify organization & process necessities (streamline, continuous improvement)
    • Identify, design and implement Production Steering alternatives for organizational efficiency
    • Implement standards for the Regulatory Production Teams (REG): homogeneity in process steering and synthesis documents (Dashboard, Certification Pack, KPI, KRI, Controls)
    • Permanent Supervision & Control – support the team in develop/ review/ maintain the set of controls, monitor the Control Procedure updates, follow-up on GPS Status & prepare different Committees to disclose the results
    • Follow up production milestones, deliverables and deadlines of the SG EBS REG teams, ensure that the standards are met, raise flags, ensure escalation, if needed, and facilitate problem solving
    • Organize, prepare and animate REG Services Steering Committees as needed
    • Actively involved in Committees development (Tactical Committees, Senior Management Review, …)
    • Participate to projects regarding tools implementation & process/ organization improvements at REG level.

    A little about You:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance (ASE – Finance/ Banking / Accounting is a Plus)
    • 5+ years of qualifying experience in banking or financial services (Big 4 is a plus)
    • Experience in financial reporting/ finance/ process
    • Awarness in Lean Six Sigma , Business Process Management on finance
    • Participation to organization/ change management/ projects implementation
    • Strong MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) knowledge
    • Good Organization, Time Management Capacity and follow-up delivery according to deadlines
