The Michelin Group started its industrial activity in Romania in August 2001, investing more than 400 million euros over the years in plant modernization. Currently, Michelin Romania has about 3,500 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Also, the commercial activities of the Group for Central and Eastern Europe are coordinated from Bucharest (12 countries).

- Fluency in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Serious, respecting deadlines;
- Previous experience in shared services (in activities like: Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivables, Account Payable, Customer Service);

You will be responsible of:
- Monitoring the flow of container that are on voyage, in order to identify critical events, such as routing changes or departure or arrival delays that may occur;
- Providing support to customer inquiries and to contribute to the crisis management process;
- Reporting activity and provideing support to understand deployment performance;
- Being in contact with the carriers and request an action plan when big delays are detected (beyond 7 days);
- Supervising the worldwide important maritime issues (strikes, port congestion, storms) that can impact the shipments.
