Requirements:

• Self-planning and organizing skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Very good sourcing abilities for white collar roles
• Able to provide constructive and insightful feedback to candidates and colleagues
• University degree is not a must.

Main responsibilities:

Talent acquisition processes [Recruitment & more] – sourcing, assessment and selection.
- Promote job opportunities and attract the best candidates.
- Direct search for passive candidates and contact them.
- Focus on presenting the most relevant details of each opportunity, in order to ensure attractiveness and fairness.
- Conduct introductory interviews, by phone or face to face.
- Identify competency match.
Ensure a flowless candidate experience for all candidates involved.
Act as role model and people connector within the organization.
Contribute to delivering the best employee experience by participating in various HR initiatives & projects.
