The new colleague should have:
• Minimum 1 month experience in IT support
• Fluency in English, French knowledge can be a plus
• Bachelor Degree in a technical/ computing area

The Amaris team in Romania is looking to find a new colleague to join our team of consultants with knowledge in IT Support!
What would be the new colleague's responsibilities?
• Offer technical support for Windows systems
• Both IT support via phone and on site
• Handling the technical issues that can appear with the operating systems/ internal applications
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment
• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
