Requirements
Experience in managing or planning small projects/initiatives or high-level literacy regarding project lifecycle
Basic knowledge (at least awareness) of project management tools and techniques
Degree or equivalent: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering etc

Work Based Competencies - Essential
Solid knowledge and experience of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of the importance of execution and constant follow-up on the implementations of the decisions taken
Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities

Behavioural Competencies - Essential
Problem solving approach, Quick learner
Execution & discipline: maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
Energetic, determined, positive, goal focussed and consistent under pressure and tight deadlines

Other
English – essential (advanced), German – desirable
Availability for overtime
Travel availability: marginal

Organizational Project Management Office (PMO) for all Payment related products and assets for Bank Austria
Close contact to other technical units in UniCredit Services (local and global)
Steering and monitoring of projects content and financial KPIs
Utilizing the relevant planning and monitoring tools in UniCredit Services for PM (PPM)
Supporting preliminary project phases e.g. Solution evaluation, Feasibility studies , etc.
