Business Controller

•University degree in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
•4-8 years of experience in finance area, of which at least 2 years of experience in financial controlling department of a multinational company
•Experience in different finance areas including experience from treasury, internal audit, process improvement is a plus
•Result oriented
•Able to drive changes and process implementations
•Proficient in English, French will be an asset

Uses financial analysis and forecasting to design and oversee the execution of the company budget; ensures that the budget is properly administered and follows local guidelines
Completes regular financial analysis, identifying and managing financial risk, completing financial research, performing economic and sales forecasting, analyzing the sales and overall performance, and managing financial data.
This financial analysis comes together to assist the company in decision-making.
Is responsible for reporting findings and working with financial and executive staff to make financial decisions.
This can involve completing regular financial reviews and delivering accurate financial reports, executing sales reports and developing and giving presentations
Supervises compliance with internal procedures in various department of the company (Finance, Credit control, Logistics etc)
Is in charge of optimization projects (Internal processes, IT projects)
