Tester Assistant B2B IT Systems

The After-Sales market is a crucial one for most car manufacturers, and Renault is no exception. This market provides our Group with the opportunity to increase its profits. RParts is the new B2B commercial portal for Renault and independent garages. This tool is still in development in 2019 and will continue to evolve from a functional point of view. RParts is one of the main Renault After-Sales projects, ensuring an important percentage of the Group’s turnover.

Missions:
Writing user stories to be transferred to development teams in charge of creating new functionalities
Monitoring the daily evolution of development
Testing functionalities from a business point and creating tickets for any bugs found, as well as monitoring these tickets

Competencies:
- French and English at an advanced level
- Knowledge of User experience and User interface concepts is a plus
- BI experience is a plus (Business Objects; Google Analytics)
- Responsible and autonomous, adaptable, curious and attentive person, capable of analyzing complex situations and with an experience in working with a large number of people internationally,
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Knowledge of the agile methodology is a plus
