Business Manager Real Estate

Personnel Outsourcing, companie de recrutare si leasing de personal, de 10 ani pe piata din Romania cu doua branch-uri la nivel national ( Bucuresti / Brasov), suntem o companie intr-o constanta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane integrate.

- Bachelor degree in the economic or marketing field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate industry;
- Very good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;
- Client-oriented;
- Results-oriented;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Driver’s license (B category).

- Coordinating and managing the entire workflow, aiming to achieve the sales target;
- Fulfilling the sales plan (sales budget, approaching new customers and maintaining contact with the existing ones, profitability, revenue);
- Negotiation and closing rental contracts for commercial premises;
- Permanent tracking and optimizing the rental prices;
- Permanent tracking of the status of ongoing contracts;
- Keeping evidence of existing or ongoing contracts and assuring compliance with contractual requirements;
- Making monthly reports regarding the entire activity;
- Managing of building authorization;
- Analysing the factors that are increasing the profit and market indicators that are influencing the fiscal value.
