    ·   Organizing internal and external events and programs;

    ·    Scanning, printing and photocopying various documents;

    ·    Preparing Power Point Presentations and various reports;

    ·    Emailing relevant information to other departments;

    ·    Updating data bases with accurate information;

    ·     Other administrative tasks.
