    To address increasing network complexity, including a growing volume of devices, multiple technologies (4G, 5G, IoT), and more diverse service requirements, Ericsson has introduced a new a new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based managed services model for communications service providers – the Ericsson Operations Engine.

    From granular network measurements to aggregated customer experience indicators, data drives everything we do. Using AI and automation, the Ericsson Operations Engine processes large, complex data sets to uncover valuable insights and drive new levels of network performance, flexibility, and scalability.

    Our session focuses on drivers and initiatives of usage in Ericsson for Analytics and Artificial Intelligence methods, technologies and tools, with specific examples of current programs and the benefits they are bringing to our Customers and to our Operations.

    Adrian is the EY Technology Lead for Intelligent Automation. He has more than 13 years’ experience in IT and a solid knowledge of Telecom and Financial Services industries. He has a keen interest in how IT enables business evolution through automation and he is a strong promoter of cloud computing. In his spare time, Adrian likes to read and enjoy a good conversation and a cup of coffee together with his friends.

    • The entrance is free but there is a limited number of 70 participants, so you should apply to save your seat until 3rd of April;
    • Only candidates who meet the company’s requirements will receive an e-mail confirmation;
    • Conference: Robotic Process Automation lasts 60 minutes - Keynote 1 - 30 minutes; Keynote 2 (EY Romania) - 30 minutes;
    • You can apply for one or more sessions, but we recommend to pay attention to the date and the beginning hours because the TechTalks Conferences may overlap with the TechLabs from room A or SkillShops from room B.
