    Responsabilities:

    • Identifies, analyses, recommends, and supports implementation for new business opportunities in the area of Value Added Services for residential customers

    • Supports all actions related with the framing and enhancing the Group position within the local market;

    • Performing market analysis and competition monitoring;

    • Scouting for opportunities, mainly in the services and products segments by identifying and analyzing new products/ideas;

    • Being actively involved in all activities related to the introduction of new Value Added Services in the operations of the Market business line;

    • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies;

    • Translating product strategy into detailed business requirements/specifications

    • Supporting the set up and running of business financial modelling for prioritizing opportunities for Group approval;

    • Reporting and processing of key deliverables related to activities of business development projects in order to support internal approval process as well as permitting and engagement of stakeholders;

    • Provide internal support for preparing documents and strategic positioning related to negotiation of agreements with third parties cutting across main phases of the business development activity (i.e. shareholders agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandums, operational agreements, etc);

    • Multidisciplinary liaising with teams in charge of legal, financial, risk and regulatory approvals

    • Develop the internal business processes and align with ICT team for needed technical developments within existing applications (i.e. feasibility, basic designing, external consultancies, implementation);

    • Drive product launch including working with marketing and communication teams, executives and other product management team members;

    • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy;

    • Ensure sales channels are aligned and trained in order to achieve business targets related to specific product line;

    • Drafting reports and notes for executive reporting at country, division and holding level.

      
    Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of fundamentals of services and commodities providers markets; 
    • Proven experience with business analysis (market, competitors, opportunities scouting, regulatory and key market drivers); 
    • Business modelling (financial modelling to determine projects/transactions remuneration/value); 
    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with ability to negotiate and to effectively manage and interact with multiple stakeholders and activities/projects both internally and externally; 
    • Fast learner, able to think outside the box; 
    • Skilled at prioritizing and completing deadline sensitive tasks effectively; 
    • Problem solver and analytical thinking 
    • Effectiveness in working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
    • Strong leadership skills. 
    University degree (studies in marketing or business administration would be a plus); 
    3+ years of prior experience in innovation, business development or strategic marketing
