Finance and accounting experience - mandatory (at least 3 years);
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Interested in the IT area;
Empathy, patience, teamwork and communication skills, combined with project;
Responsible and mature person, able to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately while working in a vibrant environment;
Approachable, friendly personality, with a “can do” and flexible attitude;
Financial processing and financial controlling;
General project management (daily operations, reports);
Perform reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner;
Vendor management - keeping relations with Cisco, Microsoft etc.
Vendor reconciliation - receive and reconcile the statements from vendors;
Manage dispute resolution process with vendors;
Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties;
Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity;
