Area Sales Manager Romania & EU Countries
The ideal and preferred candidate will be someone who has a minimum of 5 years of sales experience B2B in technical industry (construction/pipes).
We are looking for a person with strong character, customer & market orientation, team player, top class negotiating skills, flexible, with a positive attitude.
Ability to quickly fit in to and adapt to new team and colleagues.
High level of English and German language is a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Driving license “B” and open to travel more than 50%.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience & competence in dealing and negotiating with our customers, as well as a background and experience in quality and claims handling.
Managing an existing portfolio of international and local customers from both technical and commercial perspective.
Building and developing new customers network.
Frequent visits to increase the relation with the customer portfolio, in order to increase the service level satisfaction.
Gathering and maintaining market intelligence in respect of competitor activity, existing customers and general market development.
Planning and reporting according to the procedures.
Willingness to travel.
