    Cerinte

    University degree in accounting;
    2-3 years previous experience in one of Big Four companies or 3-5 years preferably in retail business;
    Good knowledge of fiscal and accounting legislation;
    Medium level of English knowledge;
    Advanced knowledge of Excel;
    Willing to develop professionally, proactive;
    Strong communication and relationship skills;
    Very good planning and organizing skills;
    Able to prioritize work and to keep deadlines;
    SAP knowledge is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Assisting the Chief accountant in preparing the month and year end-closings;
    Offering assistance with financial and tax reviews;
    Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal accounting controls;
    Maintaining suppliers accounts in RON and currency;
    Accounting of fixed assets /LWA (including acquisitions);
    Various reports related to inventories;
    Preparing the reports required by NBR and NSI;
    Preparing of draft tax returns as per statutory rules;
    Maintaining expense reports accounts in RON and currency;
    Preparing and submitting the documentation files required by the tax authorities for obtaining the certificate attesting the payment of withholding tax performed on behalf of non-residents;
    Reviewing contracts obligation to ensure all contracts have been received and processed in the Spider system;
    Verifying the payment proposal received from the group;
    Preparing the necessary documents for inventory, as per legal provision in force and as per internal procedures;
    Direct involvement in the internal and external audit;
    Avoiding legal challenges by complying with legal requirements;
    Protecting the organization’s value by keeping information confidential;
    Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publishing; maintaining personal network;
    Issuing various reports required by the group.
