What you need to succeed:
- Excellent organization skills and Strong attention to detail, flexibility;
- Analytical, data driven and independent;
- Ability to build credibility with candidates, stakeholders and peers;
- Proactively react and be able to identify creative solutions for various business needs;
- Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems, while staying creative;
- Team oriented, with a focus on collaboration and delivery;
- Good English knowledge;
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
What you will do:
- Partner with the recruiting team for obtaining the necessary information regarding the future hires;
- Prepare the pre-hiring documentation after the future employees accept the offer, until the day of contract signing;
- Follow the on-boarding mandatory steps, according to our internal policies;
- Perform the new hire in the recruiting systems (Taleo & SAP), collaborating with the supporting teams from India & China;
- Keep in touch with the future employees to make sure that he/she has prepared all the necessary documents for the contract signing (background check);
- Provide additional support for international hires;
- Collaborate with the medical providers regarding the appointments for the mandatory medical check;
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant candidate experience during the on-boarding process, until the 1st day of employment;
- Handle recruitment sourcing tasks like: posting job ads, CV screening, head-hunting, interview scheduling;
- Participate and organize specific recruitment events – job fairs, workshops, conferences, assessment centers;
