Country Manager

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- native/fluent Romanian
- fluent English
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- experience at conflict management and team building
- result oriented and data-driven approach
- very wide network within Romanian IT/HR market
- advantage: experience in startups, opening up business units, entering new markets
- educational background not required
- desire for working in an international team on high growth and learning path
- willingness for traveling (app. 10-15% of time)

- setting up business operation (legal, office, etc.) in a lean way
- finding the right Go-to-Market strategy
- building up the team (mentors, marketing, sales, operation, up to 20 people per school at max. capacity)
- learn and advocate Codecool methodology and culture
- represent Codecool within the Tech ecosystem
- overall profitability and business development
- manage student recruitment processes
- support sales activities
- oversee the operations and processes
- improve team efficiency, resolve conflicts
- cooperation with other Codecool campuses
- reporting to management
