    Cerinte

    •Bachelor degree;
    •Experience in working with quality standards (automotive standards);
    •IATF and VDA 6.3;
    •Technical drawing knowledge;
    •Ability to work in a team;
    •English- advanced level;
    •Driving license.

    Responsabilitati

    •Coordinates the Quality team;
    •Develops and implements quality improvement activities and policies;
    •Develops and implements the Quality System;
    •Draws up the documentation and reporting for the Quality Management program;
    •Responsible for system, process, products audits (VDA 6.3 and IATF skills);
    •Develops training and ensures the team implementation;
    •Assists with Quality customer audits;
    •Contributes at ensuring the maintenance of policy, procedures, work instructions, projects and other initiatives, which supports the strategic, quality and continuous improvement agenda of RAQ;
    •Coordinates the incoming complaints including allocating the complaints to the appropriate department for investigation, tracking the resolution times.
    •Contributes in developing the tools and resources to support the investigation of complaints;
    •Works with customers outcomes and QM team in order to effectively implement the auditing schedule, managing the documentation for system;
    •Coordinates and ensures support regarding the customers’ complaints management and continuous improvement.
