Development Assistant
The Development Assistant will provide complex administrative and organizational support for Construction, Real Estate, Property management teams and Regional Development Manager

Your main responsibilities:

Coordinating external architects for the process of obtaining the building permits/operational permits

Development and Construction departments Meetings organization - sending agendas to all participants on time. Technical support during the Skype meeting. Writing and archiving the Minutes of the Meeting.

Travel organization for Development team according to company guidelines (travel policy) and budget

Archiving and managing the technical documentation and all department folders both online and paper version

Organizing and keeping track of new store openings / Renovation projects on drive and in archive.

Project Closures - checking all files according to the Archiving Checklist. All projects also stored physically in our archive.

Organizing and keeping track of Operations Satisfaction Survey (or similar) to Construction team.

Filling out and keeping track of all Contract of Works for all Openings and Renovations.

Weekly documents reporting - with collaboration with Senior Real Estate Managers, creating a weekly development update to keep track of delivering information on time

First touch point for Operations with Construction and Development departments (centralize the queries and present them to direct supervisor). Respond to any ad hoc request from the stores.

Bachelors’ Degree – preferably, but not mandatory, Legal or Architecture fields
