Your challenges?

• Provide support on the start-up of the lines/products after the transfer;

• Set-up  the assembly equipment, define and optimize the layout of the SP assembly area; 

• Define and order new tools for the production lines;

• Define and optimize the assembly lines production capacity;

• Participate together with the Quality team at the SCRAP and CLAIM analysis;

• Ensure standardization and flexibility of equipments being developed, taking into consideration specifics needs and local constraintuppliers, products range, organization);

• Participate in the assembly lines/stations pre-acceptance at the suppliers and to the acceptance performed in Valeo site;

• Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).

Let's talk about you! We need you to have:

• Minimum 3 year experience on a similar position, preferable in the automotive field;

• Engineering degree;

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and automation;

• Knowledge of PFMA, FMEA tools (is an advantage);

• Knowledge about robots programming (is an advantage);

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Advanced level of English (spoken and written);

• Problem solving skills;

• Dynamism and proactivity would be a great asset.
