IT Administrator

For our location Iasi, we are searching for an IT administrator to ensure the optimal operation of the IT systems and the security of the processed data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrate the voice-data infrastructure (data switching equipment, back-up equipment, computers, printers) and ensuring its proper functioning
• Providing specialized technical support to the users of the company, as well as to other users (visitors, external business partners) during their presence on site
• Software installation according to the internal standards, hardware delivery to the end user, network connection and a first run test at its location
• Ensuring the confidentiality of all company data and the security of installation kits and contract confidentiality with software vendors, as well as installation / activation keys for software products
• Collaborate with the central IT department located in Brasov in order to ensure the optimal running of the projects initiated
• Implementing and  following the internal policies of the company and the legal regulations both with external partners and within the company

Required Experience:

You ideally have 1-2 years experience with:

• Installation and administration of Win2008 server, Win2012 server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, WSUS Server, Group Policy, Licensing, DFS), Backup
• Installation and service PC, monitors, office scanners and printers (laser, dot matrix, thermal)
• Installation and configuration of various types of software (Office, Adobe, Antivirus, Remote Control programs, Backup programs)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written). German language will be a plus
