    University studies completed;
    Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, order management positions;
    Analytical and detail oriented;
    Ability to prioritize within multiple emergencies;
    Must be proactive and possess good problem-solving skills;
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
    Minimum of 1 year of experience with MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel);
    Previous experience in SAP;
    English – advanced writing and understanding skills.


    Works in the Customer Service Center, which is the central point of contact for all customers complaints and requests;
    Maintains a relation of mutual collaboration and communication with company’s direct customers;
    Keeps track of Customer Service KPIs in place as by agreed performance standards;
    Maintenance of master data for customer and products in systems used;
    Maintenance of any database used in order management processes;
    Accountable for the prioritization process: activate the prioritization process whenever necessary, to avoid market stock-out by ensuring a smart distribution of scarce product;
    Monitor and ensure that prioritization rules (internally aligned) are respected: ensure stock for 1st priority customers, monitor the Budget compliance, align set of decisions to be taken with the decision factors from Sales team;
    Coordinate the phasing-in / phasing-out of promotions in the market, from logistics point of view;
    Permanently communicate the status of phase-in / phase-out process to Marketing & Demand teams, participate in project meetings;
    Accountable for the stock age process: analyses Ursus Breweries stocks levels, identify the aged batches, compare with orders & distributors stocks levels & sell-out;
    Monitor success rate of stock age process on a weekly basis and monthly communication of success rate to Senior Management.
