Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You have relevant work experience in the Algorithm Developer or Software Developer role, in automotive or non automotive sector,
-Very good programming skills in embedded C and C++
-Experience in Digital Signal Processing
-Good algorithmic/physics skills.
-You have very good command of English
-Experience in Matlab and/or Scripting and with Radar Systems would be an advantage.

Your duties are both demanding and varied. You will contribute to the development of our innovative and complex Radar applications; all this in a multicultural environment with project teams distributed over several locations worldwide.
-You will establish a stabile interface to our external customers and with your team colleagues from other departments
-You will analyze and improve the performance of our algorithms
-To do so, you will offer support for integrating our system into the OEM’s vehicles and fine tune parameters of our system in order to achieve best performance for the customers
-Additionaly you will proactively contribute your ideas for the purposes of continuous improvement, and in doing so contribute towards being a better team and organisation
