Internal Project Manager – Market Research

To complete our team based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager. This person is in charge of all the sampling aspects of the projects assigned.

The main goal of the Internal Project Manager is to manage the sampling activity on projects, by maintaining both an optimal usage of supply channels from a cost/ efficiency and capacity perspectives as well as meeting our clients’ requirements in terms of quality and turnaround time.

Your main tasks will be to:

Delivering qualitative samples in a timely fashion, according to clients' expectations:

• Run and confirm feasibility on assigned projects;
• Design and share sample planning;
• Assess and mitigate risk on fieldwork;
• Manage and monitor fieldwork;
• Understanding of clients’ needs in terms of sampling;
• Advise on sampling strategy based on request.

Optimizing the usage of channels:

• Define and utilize the channels based on guidelines to optimize our cost and to complete the projects;
• Focus on the respondent experience keeping in mind our capacity: invitation design, proper incentive, survey experience;
• Utilization of outsourcing as a last resource.

Your abilities need to be:

• University degree, preferably in Sociology/Business Administration or Marketing;
• Preferably +1 year experience in client services;
• Mandatory advanced level of English AND French languages;
• Very good communication level, able to deliver and explain unexpected news and offer solutions to the parties involved in the project;
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
• High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
• Proactivity and hands-on approach with a “can do” attitude is highly appreciated;
• Experience in online market research is an advantage.
