Implementation Consultant-Benefits (Evening Shift: 3PM-00AM)

The ICE SSC activity is part of the BU US NAS Implementation in the United States of America.
The role is techno-functional in nature, requires strong analytical skills, an aptitude towards learning various ADP HCM products.
The clients are very large companies in the United States implementing our HCM solution.
The primary focus of Benefits ICE SSC NAS Implementation Consultants is to provide varying levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, project planning and professional consultative services to Clients to ensure successful IT implementation.
This role requires individuals to work in US day shifts (8 AM to 5 PM EST), however the individual needs to be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment when needed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Analyze, research and gather clients’ business requirements regarding HCM IT systems, interface requirements and prepare the functional specifications as per the requirements
 Understand the requirements clearly and come up with an accurate effort estimate to complete the task.
 Co-ordinate with clients and help the client in testing the requirements.
 Coordinate with configuration analysts and/or developers to make them understand the requirements/IDD (Implementation Design Document) or BRD (Business Requirements Document)
 Multi-tasking (Ability to handle different clients in parallel)
 Is able to meet aggressive and often demanding timelines
 Prior experience/ exposure in call handling for requirements elicitation and specification writing.
 Should be able to learn quickly different ADP products.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Education
• Work Experience: Prior experience in working in a client facing role and should have worked with external/internal stake holders as a Business Analyst
• Experience of working on any Industry standard or proprietary ETL tool, as well as strong client requirements gathering skills.
• Should have worked on any HCM application.
• Familiar with CRM applications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
 Fluent (C1 or above) in English is a must (written and spoken)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong client facing and requirements gathering skills.
 Strong Microsoft Excel skills
 Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
 Basic understanding of programming (Java, JavaScript, XML) and ability to understand the code and/or configuration is preferable but not mandatory.
 Strong Analytical Skills
 Problem Solving skills
 Strong experience on test case/plan preparation, ability to execute regression tests and full files testing against database.
 Should be strong team player, required collaboration
 Basic understanding of project management methodologies
 Familiar with BPI and BPI methodologies
