    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    Greets and directs visitors to the company.
    Maintains telephone operations in a manner which ensures all incoming calls are handled in a professional business manner.
    Assists with various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel;
    Handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    Schedules couriers for miscellaneous deliveries or pickups of items located at various vendor locations.
    Responsible for maintaining working operation of office machines (faxes, printers, copiers, etc.).
