    Requirements

    • Higher education or incomplete higher education;
    • Fluent English;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Advanced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer);
    • Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in teams;
    • Strong attention to details and organization;
    • Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues;
    • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel;

    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • experience of training/or events organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Introduction training (consulting, organization, closing in the system);
    • Language classes (organization, payment, contact with provider and employees);
    • Cooperation with internal and external training providers;
    • Training modules preparations (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates, problem solving etc);
    • Ability for accurate work in internal management systems and tools;
    • Organization/help any events concerned with training's in location.
